sealed trait PlusOrMinusSeparated extends AnyRef
Trait that encodes VCS options where some flags use + prefix while others are standalone -.
Some VCS debug access fields must be specified as -flag_name (standalone) rather than
+flag_name (part of the main option). This trait allows each boolean field to specify its own
prefix via an overrideable method.
Fields returning "+" get prefixed as +field in the combined list Fields returning "" become separate -flag arguments after the main option
